Domestic shipping of Banthrax Products to US customers is generally handled by UPS or Fed Ex shipping from our production facilities in Ohio.  International shipping is arranged by our distributors within your country.  If you are unable to find a distributor in your country, contact Banthrax Corporation ( sales@banthrax.com or phone 1 513 755 6027 ) and we will determine the best approach to ship our products to you.

 Postal delivery is generally not available for Safe-T-Dome cabinets and other cabinets we produce, as they are beyond the allowable size limit.  Ground service is available within the continental USA from UPS and FedEx.  Web purchases by US customers will be shipped via UPS ground service, and shipping and handling charges will be calculated for the order based on order weight and the zip code in the delivery address.  Web orders are charged with shipping and handling charges prepaid.  The amount of Shipping & Handling charges and the total order cost is displayed in the shopping cart prior to final approval of the order charge against your account. 

Customers with billing or shipping addresses in Ohio will be charged Ohio sales tax. 

Customers who wish to arrange shipping through other carriers, or who wish to charge shipping against their UPS or FedEx accounts must contact Banthrax Corporate and conduct the order by phone or e-mail.

 Damage, delays and other shipping problems must be reported to Banthrax Corporation and to the carrier immediately.  Banthrax Corporation will assist with resolution of shipping problems, but final resolution is the responsibility of the carrier.
